Masonic Lodge, "Craft or Blue" lodges as they are referred to, is the first step in Free Masonry for adult men age 21. Once you have been accepted for membership, you will then be prepared and processed by receiving your first three degrees in Free Masonry. Although there are many men who do not travel beyond the Masonic or "Craft or Blue" lodge, there are however two further routes that can be traveled by those who wish more education and information within the Masonic fraternity. These are referred to as Rites and there are two of them. One is called the York Rite and the other is the Scottish Rite. Both educational and informative, both include their own Degrees and it was traditionally required to have one or the other before gaining admission to the world famous Shrine. The organization that dedicates all their efforts towards Sick and Crippled Children of the World. More on the Shrine later on.

Order of the Eastern Star

For adult women age of 21 and Master Masons, there is the Order of the Eastern Star which is a part of Masonry where both Women and Men receive their degrees, attend meetings, and go through the various Offices, together. It is not necessary that they be husband and Wife, but it is something that they can do together within the Masonic Family.

Daughters of the Nile

Daughters of the Nile is a benevolent international fraternal organization for women who are wives, daughter, mothers, widows, sisters or grand daughters of Shriners. It boasts 147 constituted Temples throughout the United States and Canada.

Youth Groups

There are two youth groups, Rainbow for Girls, and DeMolay for Boys.
Both groups are dedicated to preparing youths to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. With timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience, these two members of the extended Masonic Family opens doors for young  Girls and Boys between the ages of 12 to 21.
