Notice of Meeting
The 27th Annual Convention of the Holy Order of
High Priesthood of
the Province of New Brunswick will be held as follows:
Date Saturday, June 14th 2008
Hour: 9:00 a.m. - Rehearsal at 8:30 a.m.
Place: Masonic Temple, St. Stephen, NB
Purpose: For the transaction of such business which may
regularly be brought before it, which will include the
election and installation of Officers for 2008 - 2009
Eligibility for Membership:
First or Past First Principal of a Constituent Chapter of New
Brunswick.
Please advise the Recorder by 1 June if you plan to receive
the Order.
Please use the subject line "Holy Order of High Priesthood"
Joining fee is $40.00. Affiliation $10.00

Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of New Brunswick The Most Excellent, Right
Excellent, Very Excellent Officers and Past Officers of the Grand
Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of NEW BRUNSWICK and the Excellent
Principals, Past Principals and Past High Priests of all CHAPTERS
within the jurisdiction of said GRAND CHAPTER; are hereby summoned
to attend the One Hundred and Twenty-first Annual Grand Chapter
Convocation, to be holden at the Masonic Temple, in St. Stephen N.B. on Saturday, the
Fourteenth day of June, 2008, at 10:00
a.m. Registration desk will be open from 7:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m., on
Friday, June 13th , 2008 at the Masonic Temple. Also on
Saturday, June 14th , 2008 from 8:30 a.m.
to 9:30 a.m. at the Masonic Temple.
Dress for Grand Chapter Officers will be tux, white shirt, black
bow tie and white gloves.
The First Grand Principal’s Reception will be held at The Masonic
Temple starting at 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 13th
2008. Dress is casual.
The ladies will be joining us at 12:30 p.m. at the Masonic Temple
for the noon banquet on Saturday June 14th 2008.

9:00 a.m. Opening of High Priesthood.
9:00 a.m. Registration desk opens at Masonic Temple.
10:00 a.m. Opening of Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons
of New Brunswick.
12:00 noon Recess for lunch with the ladies. This will
be a formal banquet.
1:00 p.m. Grand Chapter reconvenes. Election and
Installation of Grand Chapter Officers for 2008-09.
3:00 p.m. Grand Chapter closes.
