Web Site Development
This committee will be two fold, as it will deal with the development of
the Grand Chapter Web Site, along with Membership and Public Relations.
The committee will consist of 5 members of which one will be the Chairmen
of same, with two sub Chairmen, as other committees will be created for development
as this program grows.
The Chairmen will act as a last resort
for potential ties in votes, where as his vote will be the deciding
factor.
After reporting to the Executive Board on their concerns, in maintaining
a current and up to date web presence, they have given the go ahead with
this new site.
With this in mind, remember that the Web Site is an effective tool for
informing those Master Masons of the opportunity of further
enlightenment by traveling within the York Rite.
We would require on a general committee for the Web Site, a representative
from each member of the site. This will allow us to maintain a current
flow of information to and from each member, and allow us to keep this
site current in all aspects.

of renewal Mandate:
1. To prepare and place
information on the web site and to disseminate to the Chapters and their
members the different types of programs to be followed for
pursuing new membership, and current membership, for the purpose of
increasing attendance.

Visiting Masonic Lodges and providing them with leaflets and other information
required for recruitment.
B.
Special projects
1.
Jewelry, Decals, and other artifacts
2. To
be present for the Annual Convocations.
3.
Pictures of the Grand Chapter Officers for each year.
C.
these will be produced and provided for the internet web page.
